My culinary roots stemmed from farm life in Georgia. Growing up in his grandmother's kitchen who was also from Georgia, he was intrigued by the Southern and Soul Food Flavors. He was enlightened that although many believe that Soul Food and Southern Foods are the same , they are similar, however, Soul Food has more of an abundance of seasonings versus Southern Food.
